These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Baking Therapy Co., a home bakery based in Monroe, Louisiana. By placing an order, submitting a custom or large-order request, or completing payment for an order, you agree to these terms.

• Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability and Baking Therapy Co.'s current baking capacity.

• Full payment is required to confirm an order unless Baking Therapy Co. states otherwise.

• Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

• Submitting an inquiry for a custom, large, or corporate order does not confirm the order. The request must be reviewed and accepted by Baking Therapy Co.

• Baking Therapy Co. may decline or limit an order when the requested date, quantity, or current baking capacity does not allow the order to be completed.

• Standard cookie boxes are offered in fixed quantities. Customers may choose from the cookie flavors available for that month and mix available flavors within the selected box.

• Flavor availability may change from month to month, including rotating Dopamine Drops and seasonal offerings.

• Photos may show past, rotating, seasonal, or special-order cookies that are not currently available.

• Large or event-size orders may be considered separately and are subject to availability.

• Large orders require at least two weeks' notice. Larger event orders may require additional notice depending on quantity and schedule.

• Baking Therapy Co. currently has a limited baking capacity, so large orders are reviewed individually before acceptance.

• Any special details, quantities, pickup timing, deposits, or payment requirements for an approved custom order will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

• Orders are available for scheduled pickup in Monroe, Louisiana.

• Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup window.

• Pickup times may be adjusted with advance notice, subject to availability.

• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be discarded and are non-refundable.

• Baking Therapy Co. is not responsible for damage to products after the order has been picked up.

• Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

• Orders canceled 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

• No-shows and abandoned orders are non-refundable.

• If Baking Therapy Co. must cancel because of an emergency, the business may reschedule the order or issue a refund.

Products from Baking Therapy Co. are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Louisiana Department of Health.

• The kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

• Every effort may be made to reduce cross-contact, but Baking Therapy Co. cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens.

• Customers are responsible for informing Baking Therapy Co. of known food allergies before placing an order.

• Customers with severe food allergies should use caution when consuming Baking Therapy Co. products.

• Cookies are intended to be enjoyed within 3 to 5 days or frozen for longer storage.

• Because products are prepared in small batches, slight variations in appearance may occur from one order to another.

• Baking Therapy Co. is not responsible for changes in product quality caused by improper storage, handling, or conditions after pickup.

Baking Therapy Co. may photograph products for marketing, website, and social media purposes unless the customer asks otherwise.

• Seasonal flavors, Dopamine Drops, bake sales, farmers market appearances, pop-up events, or other limited offerings may be announced from time to time.

• An announcement does not guarantee continued availability. Limited products or event offerings may sell out or change based on availability and capacity.

• Any promotion, discount, or special offer applies only according to the terms stated with that specific offer.

Baking Therapy Co. is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, illness, or emergencies. When possible, Baking Therapy Co. will communicate with affected customers about rescheduling or refunds.

Baking Therapy Co. may update menu items, flavor availability, photos, operating information, and other website content as the business changes.

If website information and a direct order confirmation from Baking Therapy Co. conflict, the details provided in the confirmed order communication will control for that order.

Baking Therapy Co. may update these Terms & Conditions as the business, ordering process, or policies change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
