Cookies Made to Bring a Little Joy
I’m Gail Wilson, the owner of Baking Therapy Co, a Black and veteran-owned home bakery in Monroe, Louisiana. I started Baking Therapy Co after years of baking for friends and family.

I launched the business in 2026 with one simple idea: a good cookie can bring comfort, joy, and a small mood boost to your day.

Today, I focus on four signature cookies that stay on the menu. I also add rotating monthly flavors called Dopamine Drops, so there is always something new to look forward to.

I serve customers right here in Monroe through scheduled pickup. Baking Therapy Co operates from my home kitchen. I keep production small so I can manage each order with care and keep the process personal.
